Connecticut warehouse defeated

A 344,880-square-foot warehouse was proposed for Newtown, CT. Our clients defeated the proposal by submitting a petition of objection requiring a supermajority vote by the Planning & Zoning Commission to approve the project rather than just a 51% majority and by presenting testimony showing that the warehouse would cause substantial environmental and traffic impacts.
